PS:关于Tips,个人训练比较常规,只为了fitness,所以没太多特殊技巧,仅说个人经验
- 有氧运动:跑步机、椭圆机、健身车、动感单车、登山机、台阶训练器等,我个人一般是交叉训练,8分钟快速(Spm200~230),2分钟慢速(Spm90~120),5到10分钟中速(Spm150~180),同时,我个人建议不要始终保持一个姿势很久,就算是纯刷跑步机,我的坡度和速度也是隔段调的。椭圆机能发挥的姿势就更多了。动感单车也不是一直坐着骑,可以站起来骑,弓起身子半悬空骑,不过这些动作难度更大,做的时候要注意好调节,不然容易受伤。
- 力量训练:只说一点(主要是针对姑娘们),做力量训练时候千万不要猴急,好是快起慢放,不要唰的一下放回去,尤其是在加到一定重量的时候,突然松手很容易扯到肌肉。坐式的器械一开始训练时候一定要挺直后背靠紧座椅背(不要弯腰驼背也不要脑袋和脖子往前挣着使劲),如果你能挺直了不用靠着座椅,那时候你应该已经很厉害了。
- 其他器械使用:去问教练吧,尤其多功能训练器这类,一个器械都不知道能写多少种训练方式了,每个方式锻炼到的肌肉群也不一样。不想请教练的就学会在健身房搭讪,谁看着比较牛就去问谁,搞不好还能问到个男朋友女朋友什么的。连搭讪都不会的,长眼睛了吧?看别人怎么做,跟着模仿吧。学会组合使用器械,比如各种椅子和哑铃、杠铃、杠铃片相结合,还有健身球和哑铃片也可以一起用。
- 另:第一次去健身房的建议买个健身险,受伤了医药费可以报销。
